The "point to point" donation platform is established based on the theoretical research and model construction of the post doctoral management center of the army. It is developed by technical experts of HUAWEI and CITIC (Nanjing branch) who devote their free time, and managed by Ticom Tech. Through the "point to point" donation platform, people can understand and master all kinds of information. It sets up database including the donor, the recipient, logistics, and bank account, and gives the money to the recipients in a direct way. It is conducive to further enhance the credibility and transparency of public donations, reduce the intermediate links of donations, and improve the actual efficiency of public welfare donation. It has and will become a new trend of public, equal and fair development of charitable donation in China.
The reason why we first promoted the donation platform in Jinzhai is that President X made the instructions of the precise poverty when he visited Jinzhai recently. We take practical action in Jinzhai, which is the birthplace of"Hope Project", enrich and innovate charity mode of operation, so as to further promote the development of Public donation in Jinzhai County.
